This ensures we are always selling top-quality products and helps manufacturers recognize QC issues. Once a 5% failure rate is reached, we will discontinue offering those items for sale. Our thought is that at the 5% rate, the manufacturer has already been notified and is appraised of the issues we continue to see yet doesn’t care to make any changes or updates. Therefore, they are no longer a reputable company that we want to do business with and will be immediately cut from our offerings. We continue to be the first and only retailer going this in-depth to ensure our customers are protected.

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If your purchase included a serialized item, please head over to our Firearm Transfer Request form located here. Fill out all the information and make sure to include your order number. Once you’ve completed and submitted this form, you and your FFL will both receive a copy of the request. Please make sure to follow up with your FFL and verify they received a copy. Due to server spam filters, sometimes our generated emails can get mismarked as spam.

Yes, we do. The fee is $30 per serialized item. There is no discount for multiple serialized items. Go to our Firearm Transfer Request form located here and fill it out in its entirety. Once completed, a copy will be sent to your email address and the email address of the FFL you specified. Please make sure to follow up with your FFL and verify they received a copy. Due to server spam filters, sometimes our generated emails can get mismarked as spam.

Any serialized firearm has to be shipped to your local FFL or picked up at our store location for Idaho residents. This includes, but isn’t limited to:

  • Rifles
  • Shotguns
  • Handguns
  • Frames
  • Receivers
  • Actions
  • SBRs
  • AOWs
  • Silencers
  • Other Firearms

So you’re not 100% happy with your purchase. That sucks, but we’re here to help. You have 14 days from the day your shipment is delivered to start your return of a new or like-new item through our website. To start your Return Authorization, please reach out to us by email or phone.

If you would like to return an undamaged item in new or like-new condition after 14 days of receiving it, you can ship it straight back to us for a 100% in-store credit.
