Stockpile Defense Is Now Scheduling Events!
Here at Stockpile Defense, our team’s highest priority is getting our customers set up with the best products. That being said, high quality product will only get you so far. We’re working on adding more training events to our event schedule so our customers can train with the products they buy. In addition to training, we’ll be scheduling in-store meet & greets, manufacturer days, and more.

MEDICAL
Last fall, we offered a Stop The Bleed Medical Course which focused on these techniques:
- How to use your hands to apply pressure to a wound
- How to pack a wound to control bleeding
- How to correctly apply a tourniquet
This class gave students the skills to potentially save lives. The course was taught by nationally certified Stop the Bleed instructor, Brad Richards, who has worked in the wildland fire community and is a current NREMT. Upon completion of course and demonstration of competency, students received Stop The Bleed Certifications. For more information on Stop The Bleed, visit their website HERE.
The ACS (American College of Surgeons) emphasizes that no one should die from uncontrolled bleeding. Bleeding can happen anywhere, anytime. Living in Idaho, there are quite a few areas without cellphone service, so when you go out hunting, hiking, rock climbing, or anything else, it’s important to be prepared. We’ll be scheduling more classes focused on medical training this year.

MEET & GREETS/MANUFACTURER EVENTS
Every spring, we host a customer appreciation event at our shop. Last year we had representatives from Walther, PWS, ZEV, Noveske, Rearden and more. We’re only getting bigger and better this year. We plan to have a long list of manufacturers, tons of discounts and giveaways. We’ll be announcing the dates of the 2023 event soon, and space is limited! Last year, we had a line out the door, and sold out completely on some of the discounted items. You don’t want to miss this!
In case you’ve been living under a rock, Mr. Garand Thumb moved into our great state! He’s been in the shop quite a bit, and we did an in-store meet & greet with him in December. Customers were able to talk with the infamous Flannel Daddy and we raffled off an autographed Recce Rig.
What manufacturers and industry celebrities would you want to see in the shop?
NERF WARS, RANGE DAYS & FUN
This is one of the things that sets us apart from competitors. We like to have fun, and want you to be involved! We hosted the First Annual Stockpile Defense NERF Wars this November. Us and the crew from Agency Arms (local to us now!) had a blast with customers. Take a look at the photos on our Instagram to see what ‘casualties’ occurred. All jokes aside, we want our staff and our customers to feel like family. By opening up range days for the crew, hosting fun events, and building the shooting community is something really important to us.
If you went to Nerf Wars, what was your favorite part of the event, besides trying to hit Canyon as many times as possible?
