Wanted to share how amazing your customer service is. When I couldn’t attend your bbq due to having to work, you guys came through and said I could take advantage of the sales going on since I live out in Fruitland and place a phone order instead. Fast forward to this upcoming weekend, again my schedule at work changed last min and I had bought passes to another shops “range day” on sat. I called to see if I could get a refund, I was told I would only be able to receive store credit and i would have to come into the shop before the event to get said credit. Living an hour away I can’t just hop down at any moment. Needless to say you guys have been there for everything I have needed, suppressors, guns, parts. To have Steve himself even reach out to update me on a pistol I have on order means a lot. I learned my lesson, you guys are my one and only shop. No other place in town can touch what you bring to the table.

One interaction can have a huge positive impact on a business. After trying another local gun store for a transfer and not liking their service I decided to try Stockpile Defense after hearing and reading awesome reviews. Long story short, they kinda missed my item after it arrived, not a big deal as they receive a ton of transfers per day. Anyways, they were super apologetic and ended up giving me a HUGE discount for the transfer even though I never asked and totally understood. The guy helping me out was also super friendly and helpful. They basically made me a customer for life after my FIRST time going to their store! I’ll drive the extra minutes from now on to shop here. 10/10 would recommend.

One of the coolest gun stores I've been in. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They have an awesome selection of firearms as well as parts and accessories. They also have an in-house gunsmith.

I wanted to say thanks for your help in getting my custom build from design to becoming an actual build. I wanted to say everyone I worked with at Stockpile Defense was incredibly helpful and willing to answer all questions and make sure I was getting the exact rifle I wanted. This is a great testament to the team you have working there and customer service, a great experience for sure. Highly recommend!

Ordered two sets of PWS ratchet end plate and castle nut setups , and a Forward Control Designs Forward assist on 9/9 and was shipped same day. That's b@da$$ Just received my parts and they even threw in some cool stickers. 🤙🤙

What can I say? I love this place. First time gun buyer in boise? Walk in! Are you a gun owner that knows his stuff? Walk in! Steve and his team are the best around and the atmosphere is second to none. Highly recommend!
