Warranties

Stockpile Defense will make every reasonable attempt to ensure that all information contained on this website is accurate, complete, and reliable. However, Stockpile Defense cannot guarantee that every piece of information, product description, or other content is accurate, complete, and reliable at all times. Therefore, Stockpile Defense does not warrant that any information, product description, product content, advertisements, or any related information is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of errors. If a problem with your order arises over unreliable information or a product description, please e-mail us or call our sales staff for assistance.

  • Product Warranty

Stockpile Defense is proud to offer the Bench Warranty for Life with every purchase. For more details, please see our “Worry Free Warranty for Life” tab on our home page. However, there are exceptions to the Bench Warranty for Life that Stockpile Defense must consider. Those exceptions include intentional destruction, loss, transit loss, shipping damage, or negligent damage through the fault of the customer. Negligent damage occurs when a customer uses a product or firearm in a manner that it was not intended to be used. (e.g., using a magazine as a pry-bar; using a firearm as a hammer; etc.) Though we stand behind many “torture tested” products, we do not recommend that you torture test these products yourself because doing so may void your manufacturer’s warranty and our own. All products come with implied warranties that warrant that the item is fit for its intended use. If the item fails during regular intended use, please contact our sales staff for assistance. Stockpile Defense offers no express warranties other than those listed on the website with express terms. For issues involving the Bench Warranty for life, please contact our manager, Steve Warholic, at steve.warholic@stockpiledefense.com.

Modifications and Severability

By incorporating all of the foregoing, Stockpile Defense reserves the right to modify, change, subtract, or supplement these terms and conditions at any time and for any reason. Should any one of these terms, conditions, or policies be deemed void, unenforceable, or invalid, that term, condition, or policy is to be severed and shall not affect the overall validity and enforceability of the remaining terms, conditions, and policies.

Disputes

Any dispute which may arise or relate to your use of this website or to products of Stockpile Defense that you purchase through this website shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Boise, Idaho, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Stockpile Defense’s intellectual property rights, Stockpile Defense may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Idaho. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Privacy Policy

Introduction

Like every website, Stockpile Defense gathers information about its’ customers through this website. This policy governs the terms, rights, and policies of the information Stockpile Defense gathers. At any time, you may choose not to provide certain data, however, refusing to do so may limit some of our website features or product availability.

Type of Information We Gather

Stockpile Defense gathers a host of information through order forms, communication requests, e-mails, and product order-placements. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, telephone number, residence, credit card information, Driver’s license number, social security number, date of birth, and personal information about you. We use this information to process orders, process background checks, make improvements to our website, and better respond to your requests.

When you use this website, Stockpile Defense also uses “cookies” when your web browser (IP Address) interacts with our website. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that are transferred to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser to enable this website’s systems to recognize your browser and storage of items in your Shopping Cart between visits. We recommend that you leave cookies turned on when interacting with this website.

Privacy and Security

Stockpile Defense takes privacy and security very seriously. Stockpile Defense does not and will not transmit, share, or sell your information to any other entity or individual outside of our business. This website uses a secured sockets layer (SSL) software which encrypts all personal and financial data that you input. This encryption creates an SSL certificate. SSL certificates are an essential component of data encryption and make internet transactions secure. Essentially, SSL certificates are digital “passports” that provide authentication to the web server to protect the confidentiality and integrity of website communication with browsers. The SSL certificate and software itself is identified by a “lock” image within your hyperlink bar. When you access our website, next to the https address should be a “lock.” When this lock is present, rest assured that your data is protected and secure. However, please also note that SSL software is not infallible. SSL software can be bypassed by hackers or certain computer viruses. While Stockpile Defense makes every reasonable effort to protect and secure your data, Stockpile Defense is not liable for website breaches outside of its’ control. In the event that a data-security-breach occurs, Stockpile Defense will notify you via e-mail to change your account information, but is otherwise not liable for any identity theft, economic loss, or other damage that may occur due to a data breach.
